Fellowship Experience

Operating Room Experience

Fellows participate regularly in surgical procedures, gaining exposure to facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery under direct supervision.

Involvement evolves progressively, from observation to active participation and selected procedural responsibility.

Clinical Practice

Daily clinical activity includes outpatient consultations, patient assessment, pre-operative planning and post-operative follow-up.

Fellows develop clinical judgment and decision-making through continuous exposure to real patient care scenarios.
