The fellowship is designed to provide a balanced and immersive experience that extends beyond surgical training. Fellows are actively involved in clinical care, operative practice, academic learning and research activities throughout the program.

Operating Room Experience
Fellows participate regularly in surgical procedures, gaining exposure to facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery under direct supervision.
Involvement evolves progressively, from observation to active participation and selected procedural responsibility.
Clinical Practice
Daily clinical activity includes outpatient consultations, patient assessment, pre-operative planning and post-operative follow-up.
Fellows develop clinical judgment and decision-making through continuous exposure to real patient care scenarios.
Academic & Educational Activity
Fellows participate in structured teaching sessions, case discussions and academic presentations throughout the program.
The academic component supports theoretical understanding, evidence-based practice and research development.
