Eligibility
Admission is intended for qualified surgical graduates seeking structured postgraduate training in facial plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
The fellowship is designed for applicants with an appropriate surgical background who are prepared to participate in a clinically active, academically structured and professionally demanding training program.
Selection is based on training background, professional suitability, communication ability and overall alignment with the goals and expectations of the fellowship. Applicants are encouraged to review the overall Fellowship Program, the Training Pathway and the Participation page before applying.
Because the program combines clinical service, supervised surgical exposure, academic participation and research engagement, applicants should be ready for an active and responsibility-based training environment.
Core Eligibility Criteria

Successful completion of a residency training program in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, or Plastic Surgery.

The program accepts a limited number of fellows each year in order to maintain close supervision, meaningful operative exposure and a high-quality educational experience.
Favorable Qualifications
Although not mandatory, prior academic or research-related experience may strengthen an application.
Previous research methodology training
Scientific publications or academic writing
Conference presentations
Documented interest in facial plastic or reconstructive surgery
What Is Expected from Applicants
Successful fellows are typically characterized by consistency, strong professional ethics, willingness to learn, and the ability to work within a structured educational environment.
Because the fellowship is hands-on and academically oriented, motivation, reliability and active participation are considered essential. Applicants interested in the academic dimension may also wish to explore the wider Academic section and the overall Surgical Training pathway.
